Responsible for maintaining and updating the master company schedule.

Interact with contractors and field personnel to evaluate and modify the schedule according to project progress.

Provide relevant information regarding the content of the schedule to appropriate management members (includes but not limited to monthly concrete projections and manpower resource availability).

Compile information for daily shotcrete schedule.

Confirm orders 1 day prior to shoot.

Adjust orders when needed by foreman or superintendent.

Order misc. materials or services necessary (I.e. roll-off containers, dump trucks, bob cats, cranes, inspection, etc.)

Check jobs for readiness prior to beginning work.

Arrange crews / wireman appropriately for each project.

Request quotes and concrete mix designs form concrete labs.

Submit concrete mix designs to Contractors.

Follow up on approval of submittals or revisions required by contractor.

Schedule contractors according to readiness of project site.

Report project completion

Make aware of any project conflicts / problems.

Contract administration

Log all contracts and purchase orders and distribute all pertinent exhibits to proper departments (i.e..billing requirements, certified payroll requirements).

Maintain contract log

Communicate with insurance brokers in obtaining all required insurance and bond documents.

Create and maintain job efolders and hard copy folders

Process employee pre-job employment verifications.

Type and distribute daily schedule and manpower list to appropriate personnel.
