**I fell sick during my time with Results and we couldn't figure out what was wrong. I had to have a total thyroidectomy and level 6 neck dissection because I had a mass in my neck and over 7 nodules and it appeared there was cancer. I'm on the mends now. Looking for a better tomorrow.

• Responsible for working with clients that Results CX company is hired to work with. The client I worked for was Fidelis Care out of NY. My job was customer service, to answer the phones, help members understand their health plans, and to help if they had issues with claims, medication prior authorization statuses, or even submit prior authorizations with providers for certain medication not under the insurance preferred drug list.
• Other responsibilities consist of assisting with Members/Provider’s online portal, providing information on the member’s renewal dates, and phone numbers for their local social services or New York State of Health, depending on who they enrolled through and what their plan was.
