Highly experienced occupational therapist. Competent in evaluating and treating individuals with any neurologic or orthopedic condition. The focus of my career has been gaining as much knowledge as possible working on acute hospital rehabilitation units, in outpatient settings and most recently in homecare. I am passionate about providing the highest quality of care possible to achieve the greatest outcome for each patient. My greatest strengths are my communication and teamwork skills. Collaborating with other clinical team members is vital to providing a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan for each patient and their caregivers. My philosophy of treatment includes educating patients and caregivers as much as possible in order for therapy to be carried outside of treatment visits and after patients have been discharged from care. Worked as the outpatient occupational therapist 2013 - 2015 Worked as a registered occupational therapist on a CARF certified inpatient rehabilitation unit, and acute care, including the Stoke Unit.
