As an inspectors aide, I gathered, organized and divided peanut samples, making sure the lot numbers were correct, sewed up the sample bags, then gave the samples to the inspector for grading. I was promoted to Inspector, and was responsible for grading the peanuts into different classifications. I was responsible for entering the lot numbers and grade into the computer, then the samples were kept for 15 days (locked in a cabinet).
