SENIOR SALES CONSULTANT, Stax.ai Scottsdale, AZ (July 2023-Present) - Startup SAAS company, brought on to align and develop the sales process and team. Stax.ai is dedicated to the TPA finance industry and began with 3 workflow solutions with AI. I was brought on to develop the team, identify sales targets, and execute sales. I coached the team during the startup phase to align operations with investors' expectations. COO/PRESIDENT, Club Northwest, Grants Pass, OR (Nov 2021 to Nov 2022) - World-class fitness center that offers total body wellness. Executed community Plan resulting in 1 in 5 member penetration in Grants Pass. Retained to move the Club through the impact of COVID and lead a 7500-member to 9500 Members. ($4.6M), with a service team of 12 Department managers and 120+ staff. Develop and create the operating budget process including execution of $250k of capital improvements, devise resource management strategies, and new internal cost controls, including managing and implementing public offerings and community impact strategies. Moved Club from operating loss to profitability within one year, by strategically implementing rate changes and forging community visibility and involvement.
Increased cash flow with Hotel offerings and increased community visibility.
Changed Payroll system slashing labor and costs, due to ease of use and efficiency.
Executed $250k capital improvements, including a new backyard facility and pool deck/roofing), with final costs falling under projected budget expense.

Eliminated $2.1M in debt and created a $200K fund (upon debt recovery) for this $3.4M annual operation.

Coordinated Fundraising with Boys and Girls club and increased benefit packages to incentivize and retain membership.

Created an annual RFP program required for all vendors, saving thousands annually by requiring rate evaluations to continue business with the Club.
