“I had the opportunity to see Anne perform her magic at one of the most difficult turnarounds ever experienced. We only had a few months to make a major improvement in a plant that was going to be closed, and with her assistance we were able to transform a plant operating team with no direction to a unified, well-oiled machine. She is an outstanding motivator and with her help the plant successfully implemented several key IT programs. She is an incredible team player with impeccable skills. Bottom line: she helped us take a plant that was losing $1M per month to profitability in less than 6 months.” - William L., TRIO Management Partners, LLC CUSTOMER FOCUS
