Responsibilities included: overseeing daily operations of service, replacement and new construction departments and construction projects.
Met with clients, project managers, and project super intendents to address their environmental needs, including HVAC proficiency and indoor air quality. Prepared proposals to provide those needs. Secured contracts. Ordered parts, materials and supplies to complete multiple ongoing projects through the three phases of control protocols to assure compliance with specifications of the project. Directly supervised and managed the daily progress of Quality control and Site Safety and Health to comply with OSHA requirements and compliance for multiple ongoing projects which ranged from $10,000.00 to $1,800,000.00. through the three phases of control protocols and OSHA standards. Over saw the site safety management of the job sites. Inspected for engineering controls of safety aspect of on going projects. Read and interpreted blue prints. Worked and coordinated with multiple contractors, inspectors, job superintendents, suppliers and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects. Worked with and met budgets and timelines. Evaluated performance of employees for annual reviews. Responsible for interviewing potential new hires and completing the hiring process. Responsible for collection of funds and bank deposits. I also was responsible for training for products, services and worksite safety. Utilized strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills of multiple HVAC environmental systems; maintaining a professional working relationship with clients, vendors, suppliers, and employees. Computer programs used include:
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Right Suite, Field Edge, Diamond Builder, and Wintac. Also beginners knowledge of bluebeam revu and Adobe.
