After less than one year she was made a full- time employee. She has worked her way up from Sales Support Specialist to Category Manager. She was promoted to Category Manager of eCommerce in June 2022. Since February 2023, she has reported to me and has various duties.

Jordan is extremely organized and always several steps ahead of myself and the rest of the team. She is highly self-motivated and does not require follow-up as her tasks and duties are completed timely. During her tenure at Southwire, she’s learned different parts of the business including but not limited to; customer facing sales, order entry, SAP, JIRAs, CMIRs, EDI functions, accounts receivables, CDRs, marketing, advertising, compliance and much more.
