Create weekly, monthly reports on the progress of all four facilities I’m directly over, and team manage road maps for future implementation progress.

Coordinate across all four manufacturing and DC facilities communicating and establishing best practices. DRiV is a new $6 Billion a year startup company, formally Federal- Mogul.

Drive the principles of lean manufacturing by working closely with all management heads, supervisors and employees on the floor, by doing this I’m able to coach to all departments the same system that will lead to improvements in our productivity, quality and employee involvement which leads to success.

This has also allowed us to eliminate a weekend shift which has 16 FTEs, so a total of 38 FTEs cut, plus downtime and overtime with an estimated savings of over $2.3 million a year.

Reason for leaving – I was hired to transform the company by implementing Continuous Improvement and Lean methodologies. Unfortunately, it seems the company has backed away from their goals when I was hired, and they no longer have a need for someone with my experience level.
