Successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring safety, quality and budget objectives were met. This included welding, repair work, valve work, preservation and tank work to include cleaning and inspections.
Served as primary point-of-contact throughout the life-cycle of the project; liaised between internal teams and external partners. This included contractors, safety, union, Ship force, Navy leadership and shipyard leadership.
Conducted regular job site inspections to monitor progress, identify any issues or discrepancies that need to be addressed. Ensured compliance with all relevant local, state, federal regulations and codes for each project
Created and maintained project schedules, milestones, and task dependencies in project management software. Plans were created and input into the Project Sequencing and Scheduling database utilized Project Management Fundamentals
