My daughter died of a drug overdose, so I took a few years off, lived in Alaska for a year, took several part-time jobs. I did accounting at a resort in the Trinity Alps, worked at Starbucks, worked for a guy who made electronic music devices, moved to Toledo near my son and worked for a company that cleaned air ducts as office manager.

The owner traveled quite a bit so he relied on me to keep the members happy, make sure boats were in good running condition, and classes were scheduled. I also was in charge of a number of social events, including parties as well as sailing trips to Tahiti and the Caribbean.
