My day to day duties as 1st shift Team Lead included but not limited to making sure all of the patients for the day were signed in and registered. After that they would be registered for whatever they came in for be it ER department or for lab work or scheduled test. Keeping a pleasant attitude with all patients and making them feel secure that their personal information would not be misused. Faxing scanning physicians orders as well as having to call doctors offices to confirm orders and or ICD-9 CODES and procedures. This made for long days but at the end of my day I smiled and said it was all worth it. Production Worker
