• Design new and complex high-quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements
• Responsible for Integration of CRM 4.0 Server with back-end SAP IS-U server, configuring Middleware, IC Win client and other components
• Responsible for Integration of Document Management Server IXOS with CRM and IS-U severs
• Responsible for Data Migration of Master Data from external system to CRM using XIF adapter
