GOALS / ACHIEVEMENTS

Maintaining an operation data knowledge of the plant running condition and chemical dosing. Maintaining an appropriate record of chemical plant activities, observing and guiding the implementation of work safety procedures and practices, effective chemical plant operation, establishing and initiating the annual and preventive maintenance of the Chemical Section, reviewing and recommending new plans, procedures and schedules for chemical plants, acid cleaning, boil out and laboratory, preparing reports and recommendations to superiors, supervising, directing and eco-coordinating the activities of all Engineers and other personnel assigned to the Chemical Section, ensuring availability of bulk chemicals, fine chemicals, glassware and other consumables, Raising Purchase Requisitions through SAP4HANA as when required, ensuring availability of MSDS for chemicals, and calibration of identified critical equipment in the lab, ensuring proper waste disposal measures, conducting frequent measurement of water quality in the lab and reporting deviations, monitoring and reporting analysis of Thermal Power Plant (1020MW), RO Desalination Plant (212,000 m3/day), CO2 Plant (500 kg/hr), Electro Chlorination Plant (130 ton/hr) and troubleshoot what ever can be done through chemical reactivity.
