as a quality analyst in a milk processing company.

Huduma Centre, cyber cafe I was required to be fast and serve as
many customers at a time.

WORK EXPERIENCE
1. 25th January 2021- 16th April 2021. Industrial based
learning at Murang’a Cooperative Creameries where I
worked as a quality analyst in the production department of
the company.
16th August 2021 -26th November 2021Upon completion of
my studies, Murang’a Cooperative creameries offered me a
job as a quality analyst and absorbed me as their own.
Responsibilities:
● Maintained hygiene in milk handling and conducted appropriate analysis.
● Ensuring that the milk received from the field satisfies the prescribed
quality requirements as per the quality assurance policy.
● As a quality analyst, I ensured minimum to no milk spoilage, wastage
spillage, leakers and contamination before, during and after processing.
● Ensured that during all stages of the production schedule that the product
met all guidelines as per the company policy.
• Analyzed finished product samples daily for quality, shelf-life storage and
safety.
