Hello, my name is Michael DeLapp I’m 38 years old. I’m a hard worker. I’m very Dependable, Reliable ands Honest. I’m a Team player and always looking for Improvements and Knowledge. I’m very knowledgeable and great at what I do. I grew up on a mobile rock crusher with my dad, so I started running heavy equipment when I was a little kid. I’ve operated/ran everything from a ditch witch all the way up to a Hitachi 1000 (that I could drive a car inside the bucket). I enjoy challenging jobs that take a skilled operator. I'm not one of those guys that is sitting in the machine while everyone else gets dirty I’m willing to get down in the ditch and grab a shovel (mexican backhoe) when needed (will most likely before anyone needs to ask). I'm very good with communication, great with customers and very Motivated (a go getter) and I take my job pretty serious cause it’s not just my name on the line, it’s the company’s name on the line. I invite challenges, if i dont feel comfortable or feel i couldnt do the task right or safe, i will ask for assistance before i fuck it up. I work great under pressure. I can meet deadlines. I’ve run a crew of 8 before and was the top prodution pit in the state. We went from loading out 50- 75 trucks aday to sending out 175-200 truck and pups aday (left that job because owner passed away, the son sold the place) I can read blueprints, set up meetings,deal with customers, work with varies companies to get a job done, sub out contractors to complete projects to meet deadlines.
