In my last year of ROTC, I was promoted to a Major in rank. Squad Commander was another position that I held for the freshman cadets who joined this program. As a senior, I received the Leadership Ribbon and the Reserve Officer Association of the United States medal. Project Officer was a position that was held on many occasions. This position required me to organize and lead many programs throughout the school.

Paraprofessional (Teacher's Aide)- My duties were to work with an assigned teacher and provide support by working with students individually and in groups, assisting with lesson plans and materials, grading homework, and writing progress reports.
Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI) Sept.2008– Sept.2021
Administrative Assistants– My duties included organizing files, creating correspondence, preparing reports and documents, managing calendars to schedule appointments, sorting mail, preparing invoices, and offering general staff support.
Team Leader– My duties were to manage and lead a team of employees. Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance.
