They saw my drive and motivation to make the store the best it can be while helping the general manager in any tasks she needed help with. They shortly moved me up to an assistant general manager. My general manager went out for surgery and I kept the number one spot in our rankings and kept the store good. I had been running the store for about two months. they then moved me to acting general manager. I went through a food safety assessment and passed with a 97. That’s when I was able to move to general management. I take pride in my role and love to mentor my team and make them feel special. My job responsibilities included daily, weekly and period inventory counts, making schedules, updating crew on training and training plans, cleaning plans, hiring, orientation and onboarding, placing truck orders, coin orders, training crew and management, making sure the store was up to health code and crew and management reviews.
