Managed the reorganization of main production floor, on time and within budget of over $1.5M. This included moving 12 injection molding machines, and three downstream assembly lines, maintaining four-week timeline.

Recognized by Whitehall-Robbins for successful completion of Advil easy-open package. This package was in production for 20 years and earned Kerr between $20-$40 million dollars in sales.
Managed the commercialization of Kerr’s flagship product line, the CRIII child resistant closure system.
Managed all assigned products from cradle to grave, including product design, mold design, manage suppliers, manage internal cross functional project teams from unit development to full production rollout.
Specific projects I worked on include TPE menstrual cup, Fleet enema tip, ophthalmic eyewash cup, birth control compact, Cytoxan protective shield, Atropine self-injectable device, needle hub, eye drop applicator, children’s oral dose pipette, nasal spray tips, and more.
