ACHIEVEMENTS - Was part of an implementation team that made sweeping
changes to the HR/Payroll systems for the entirety of Trustwave Holdings
INC. Part of a team that successfully established a new subsidiary of
Trustwave Holdings called Trustwave Government Solutions LLC. Increased
the volume of customers we were able to service by optimizing the list of
duties they had to cover; these increased profits while creating a more
efficient work crew. Excellent response time to emails and phone calls. Able
