I am presently working as a Production Manager. I’ve worked in Aerospace and Automotive. 2017 Highlight were an 18% ($1 million)production saving with .5% scrap using Lean Manufacturing tools. We had a savings of $1.75 million in 2018.
I pride myself in the ability to weed out the waste and bring a company into Lean Manufacturing.
