• Managed US Cellular account. Scheduled, coordinated and managed all project activities for 21 markets nationwide. Transitioned larger markets from traditional wireline systems to Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) platforms. The legacy equipment, removed from large markets, was installed in smaller markets to augment their networks.

• Led high visibility projects. Worked under an accelerated schedule on a year long AOL project with 48 employees from 7 intra-company departments resulting in revenues of $36 million a year. Provided daily status updates to customer and upper management. Worked closely with vendors to manage due date expectations.
• Successfully managed the installation and turn up of transmission equipment at Qwest collocations in 6 cities by averaging 36 days from site ready to test and turn up. Responsibilities also included coordination of equipment delivery, site surveys, fiber build and splicing,
• Developed engineering package for each facility order containing circuit drawings, letters of authorization, design layout record, budget, and internal authority to proceed.
• Led a team initiative to identify vendors for Time Warner project. Issued requests for quotes (RFQ’s) to 10 providers, evaluated responses and reported findings in summary form. RFQ resulted in a 52 month term contract with AT&T and revenue commitments of $15 million a year.
• Drove Florida University project to successful completion in less than 30 days. By achieving this deadline, KMC gained $28,000 monthly recurring revenue 4 months sooner than expected. AT&T, Supervisor, November 1997 – August 2000
• Supervised a team of 5 who were responsible for escalation of orders in jeopardy of missing delivery commitments.
• Established procedures and documented process flow for inventory and capital budget management. Successfully trained AT&T Inventory Coordinators nationwide.
• Analyzed the customer capital budget (CAPEX) for AT&T Norcross to ensure capital funding was approved and available as needed for upcoming projects. Also supported the Capital Budget Supervisor to manage the SE region's CAPEX budget of $70 million for 9 cities.
