Designer, checker, and plant support for automotive assembly line tooling, high production Bodyside tooling and weld systems, Underbody tooling and weld systems, plant safety light screens, frame squeezer tools for MIG welding, sheet metal enclosure designs, and sheet metal weld guards. Also weld gun selection and weld gun designing. I completed many RWD’s (request for wiring diagrams) control system design forms and written sequence of operations. I designed tooling conversion kits with instruction sheets.
