Objective

I would like to gain employment that propels my career vertically. I am interested in applying my talents in service to others, preferably in the health care industry. I do enjoy providing excellent customer service at a high level.

Accomplishments

● As a “Residential Coordinator” I am responsible for over 40 clients and staff members operations over a 15 hours shift.

● For over 5 years I owned and operated “A & W Lets Go Movers” which successfully completed hundreds of transitions from California to New York.

● I’ve attained my Associates Degree in Business Administration, as well as certifications in Personal Training and Fitness Nutrition.

Work Experience

Currently I am a “Residential Coordinator” at The Never Give Up Healing Facility in Amargosa Valley, NV. I was hired in late April of 2022. This position carries leadership responsibilities. My day consists of interacting with highly traumatized and troubled youth, as well as staff and treatment teams. In this environment crisis management skills, quick thinking, patients, and listening skills are required. From 2019 to 2021 I was a “Customer Service Representative II” with Wawanesa Insurance here in Las Vegas, NV. I provided a high level of customer satisfaction under fast paced conditions in an inbound call center. Customer inquiries ranged from coverage counseling to billing details. I was licensed to discuss and sale both homeowners and automobile insurance. In May of 2017 I was hired as a “Sales Representative” at Blue Green Vacations positioned within walking distance of the Las Vegas Strip. My task was to sale timeshare ownership. I exceeded my required sales quotas by expressing my product knowledge and networking with potential owners, sales managers, and quality assurance officers.
