Employment Experience

SAI School Apparel Inc., Lab Technician

My responsibilities of the role include preparing and testing our fabric and yarns (both physical and chemical), recording test data accurately and in a timely manner and ensuring equipment is working safely and calibrated correctly.

SAF Holland, Parts Buyer

I and another person were the only 2 Buyers for this company. We had everything split between the two of us. A Buyer, or Purchasing Agent, is responsible for purchasing materials, supplies or equipment for a business. Their duties include negotiating deals with suppliers, researching possible item selections and taking inventory of current products

A-team, Payroll Clerk

I would get in hours for all of the people that were hired through A-team and then write up the hours they had worked for the previous week. Then use that information to key into the system and generate their check for the week. I filed different kinds of paper work such as applications, W-2 information, medical forms, and any other paperwork that was on my desk or the payroll office. I also kept up with the check register and paying all the bills that came in for the company.

City Hall/City Water Department, Water Clerk

I was only part time help. At the first of the month I would gather all water bills that were turned in and paid and put them in the system. I would help fill out any paper work for sending out new bills, and getting all the information I needed ready to print and send out the bills as well. I kept up with different businesses in the city that had not paid their bill and would deliver notices to that business and notify them of non-payment.

Trotter Ford Lincoln, BDC (Business Development Center) Coordinator

Generated and distributed daily reports and order acknowledgements to appropriate personnel. Recommended changes to existing methods to increase the accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness of the customer service department. Resolved customer service questions, issues, and complaints. Collected, monitored, and evaluated customer requirements to achieve desired delivery time and order fill rates. I also provided a high level of product and leadership support to representatives and clients.

Trotter Toyota, Receptionist

I was at the front desk of the dealership and would greet and direct customer’s upon arrival in the right direction. I had to keep up with all sales employees and managers incase customers had questions about their vehicle purchase I could not get to in the system. Improved service quality and increased sales by developing a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services. I set up interviews for the manager for different departments within the company.

Dillard’s, Women shoe expert

I helped anyone that came into my department with their needs of finding a certain shoe. Weather if it was for a special occasion, comfort, work, or anything for that matter. I had to go to different classes to get certified in shoe training “Shoe U” as it was called. They would train you in fitting customers and give you different scenarios in what to say and what not to say to customers but still help them.

Stage, Sales Associate

I would replenish the sales floor with different product that was in the back of the store. Help customers with product information and or getting certain products that was trouble reaching. I also would help them by checking out and with any other needs they had.

Justice, Assistant Manager

I successfully managed the activities of fifteen team members in multiple locations. I created training manuals that targeted even the worse difficult customer issues that arose. Recruited, managed and mentored an average of five new customer service representatives per year. I would make the schedule for the upcoming two weeks. Send in any information about our store that was needed by our district. I also was in charge of creating, scheduling, and being an overseer in the floor plans. Which meant my team would have to remodel the look of the entire store.

Education

Star City High May 2011 High School Diploma

-Top 25% of class. I graduated with 20 plus college credit from UAM, University of Arkansas at Monticello, before entering into college.

University of Arkansas at Little Rock August 2011 to 2012 College credit
