Emmans has several years’ experience in managing and developing human resource with a focus on the recruitment cycle, discipline and strategic planning. Beyond that, he is an expert in organisational development. He conducts functional reviews ensuring that the number of employees required, grading of posts, methods and procedures used speak to the Mission and Objectives of the organisation. This ensures that functional overlaps or duplications are eleminated. In the same vein, he drafts reports and makes recommendations to Management on aspects of work that the client or Management themselves might require improving upon. Emmans has worked as a Human Resource Manager as well as Management Analyst/Consultant for 20 years. He also studied English and French for four (4) years at the University of Malawi and has a good command of them; both spoken and written forms. (a) Chief Human Resource Management and Development Officer

Coordinating and developing institutional personal emoluments budget.

Coordinating the Wellness Programme at the Work Place Programme.

Coordinating staff development activities.
