I was a member of the Process Control Team where I maintained three Boilers and their Steam turbines as well as BOP. In my time there I was the lead-tech responsible for upgrading two of the units to Allen Bradley PLC control. I performed all Field Engineering, purchased all new transmitters, Valve positioners and made J-Box Drawings with engineering group assistance tuned the two boilers from the ground up. I also was responsible for outage coordination and removal and reinstallation of all turbine telemetry. I was also a shared resource at our sister plant in Newman TX. I also maintain the CEMS and all various analytical measuring devices including the ION exchange water treatment double bed.
