CLINICAL EXPERIENCE
Under Contract with the Kebbi State National Primary Health care Development Agency (KSPHCDA) 2018 - 2021
Duties:
i.Conduct regular sensitization of clinicians in the communities on priority diseases, measles, yellow fever, cerebrospinal meningitis, neonatal tetanus, acute flaccid paralysis.
ii.Report any rumor of an outbreak immediately to the L.G.A (DSMO).
iii.Participate in outbreak investigations and control activities.
iv.Ensure availability of posters on the priority diseases and their case definitions of splayed on the wall.
v.Have a list of all health facilities, traditional healers, bone setters,
vi.Chemist, T,B,AS and other relevant places to be visited.
vii.Have a monthly work plan for activities.
viii.Have a monthly work plan for active diseases surveillance which include regular visits to different units in the health facility and neighboring health facilities including non-orthodox sites, work plans that indicate dates for clinicians and community sensitization and date for monthly meeting with DSMO at LGA level.
ix.Have a copy of the week by surveillance GR demonological calendar for the current year.
x.Maintain up to date surveillance, documentations as outlined in the guidelines at health facility level
