Maintain water qualities of boiler plant, distillation plant, DM plant, re-carbonation plant seawater and outlet.

Maintain chemical dosing in boilers, distillers, cooling water systems seawater, etc. Preparation of various chemical reagents as per ASTM standards such as oxalic acid, sodium thiosulphate solution, acids, alkalis, TPTZ solution, iodine solution, and potassium dichromate solution.

Preparation of various indicator solutions.

Calibration of PH and conductivity instrument. Various analytical tests per ASTM standards such as Measurement of the viscosity, density, flash point, sediment, and water content of the oil samples. Daily analysis of boiler plant samples, pH measurement, electrical conductivity, hydrazine, chloride, silica, ammonia, copper, iron, and Turbidity measurement.
