Local MWH expert on effects of long duration flooding caused by corrosive water on structural building members. Oversaw engineering study on building member corrosion that resulted from the inundation of the city by corrosive water due to the levee failures. Field construction manager for 75 million dollar expansion of luxury hotel on resort property which included an underground parking garage, 200 additional luxury hotel rooms, 50 Disney Vacation Club suites, additional pool, and spa.
Acted as liaison between existing hotel property and new construction; implemented daily job calls with hotel owner. Coordinated all utility shutdowns and access for construction, led contact with all designers and inspectors regarding status of jobsite construction.
