DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PAINTING ENGINEER

Supervise the execution of the blasting and painting activities of the company.

Plan the manpower requirement and job scheduling to maximize efficiency.

Suggested new work sequencing to carry out the job as per scope of work.

Prepare all the documentation of the project.

Make sure that the manpower equipment and supplies are available on site and working as per task.

Also that the commissioning and punch list job.

QC INSPECTOR-PAINTING

To ensure that all involved lead personnel are familiar with the requirements and implementation of the procedure as applicable to all painting and blasting construction activities. To notify the QC inspector of the required intervals by issuing AFI, for inspection and witnessing.

QC INSPECTOR-UNDERGROUND PIPING (RTRP)

Conduct routine field and fabrication shop inspection and monitoring in accordance with client approved QC

procedures project specification and manufacturer’s standards ensuring proper and correct installation and piping procedures are done for underground piping including fiberglass reinforced (RTR) and thermoplastic pipes. Witness test and coordinate with client for inspection on all activities as per approved ITP.

Preparation and review of necessary documents for test packages including line checking and punch listing of pipelines for correct dimension orientation attachment and test limits prior to hydrostatic testing and gravity leak test. Preparation of project hand over document as per client requirements.

PAINTING SUPERVISOR

A duty works preparation and supervises for the blasting and painting works.

Yard Maintenance works, such as in various buildings Dry dock and floating docks.

Wing wall cranes, dockside arms and others.

Prepare the works list and materials / equipment required for the entire job in board and oiled ships.

PAINTING SUPERVISOR

Supervise the execution of the blasting and painting activities of the company.

Plan the manpower requirement and job scheduling to maximize affiance.
