Experience and Responsibilities:

I have worked on several Large-Scale Construction Projects (i.e. Sofi Stadium, Dodger Stadium, Crypto Arena, Wilshire One)

Worked directly with Management to provide experience and reliability in rolling out Safety and Health programs. Starting from scratch to revising and updating Safety and health Programs – ensuring that all State Local and Federal guidelines were achieved and proved to be a dependable liaison between Management and Field representatives.

Worked alongside all departments within the organization (i.e. Sales Department, Project Managers, Superintendents, General Contractors, General Foreman and Front Line employees) this method of Safety Delivery ensured the importance of underlining Safety as a core responsibility for all parties engaged on Job Projects, providing as a SME on all Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.

Conducted (Wall to Wall) Safety inspections of Job Site, preformed on site Safety Audits/ Field Engagements to address immediate IDLH safety concerns as well as worked alongside other trades to work in a Hazard free work atmosphere. Trained other employees on how to Identify, control, and eliminate hazardous site conditions that may lead to worker injury or property damage.

Worked Directly with Project Managers and General Contractors to ensure that all areas of Safety and Health matters were addressed. Assist with preconstruction, job logistic and project planning. Conducted routine job site meetings to shore up relations between Customer and Company. Provided all necessary pre job qualifications (i.e JHA’s, Pre Task Plans, Site Specific Safety Plans SSSP, ISN, Browz, PICS and Aveeta Safety Monitoring Grading systems.) Ensured that all subcontractor Safety policies, JHA's, Scope and Pre-Task safety requirements were discussed, and all participants were briefed prior to commencement of job.

Developed and Organized company-wide safety program for all field personnel and project management staff- ensured that all subjects that pertained to Site specific jobs were identified and properly trained.

This great achievement allowed the Company to retain lost income P&L that would have been spent on worker’s compensation claims; the savings for the year were estimated at $250K –

Awarded Nevada OSHA’s SHARP (Safety, health, achievement, recognition, program) Award 2010-2012 and regained certification for another term 2013-2015* this certification allowed the SUNCOAST the freedom from programmed wall to wall OSHA inspections for (4) years. The potential profit saved due to the effort of receiving this achievement saved Boyd Gaming Corporation countless dividends.
