7. Monitors and in charge in making follow-ups in the head office’s accounting department.

8. Generates weekly and monthly production report. 9. Prepares daily cash receipts.

10. Reconciliation and verifying bank passbooks and online payments. 11. Monitors and making sure that all documents are well filed and are on their designated areas.

12. Prepares monthly and yearly expense report.

13. Deposit collection to the bank.

14. Issuance of official receipt; and

15. Assists clients in claims.
