RESEARCH INTERESTS: Ethnopharmacology as applicable to tropical diseases and commonly found chronic ailments in our environment and globally. These include researching new therapies for diabetes mellitus, hypertension and hyperlipidaemias and malaria. These are evolving public health concerns that affect many families.
