Manage a genetic database providing breeding coefficients to allow keepers of the breed to determine diversity and produce the most genetically sound offspring. Generated COI's and organized DNA sampling, maintaining a genetic database. Worked closely with the CFA Breed Council, UC Davis Winn Feline Foundation, Westminster Kennel Club and Optimal Selection to compile and analyze breed data.
As Event Manager, led a team which provided hands on activities for more than 400k visitors in conjunction with TICA and AKC's Meet the Breeds event in New York City.

Served as Interim Lead of the Joint Service Accession Modernization Workgroup for Medical Transformation (MT3) to identify processing impact to the Service Accession community and develop courses of action to mitigate workflow issues, revise policy guidance and redesign business processes for more efficient and technologically advanced medical processing of enlisted applicants.
Action Officer for the Managers Internal Control Program (MCIP) for Medical Policy Directorate, developing the Annual Statement of Assurance (ASOA) for Command reporting of metrics and internal oversight of medical programs. Identified areas of risk and made recommendations for process improvement.

By addressing practice workflow inefficiencies, report data and identify training gaps, I developed a program for reeducation and workflow redesign that resulted in a 32% increase in productivity and recovered approximately
$1 million in lost revenue for the Department of Behavioral Health.
Identified provider referral, consult and no-show patterns within the practice and defined and implemented new business processes which decreased no-show rates by more than 20% within the division.
PCMH NCQA Survey preparation: through evaluation of processes, development of best practices, clinical systems training and workflow redesign, earned a Certificate of Recognition from the commanding General of the European Regional Medical Command for outstanding performance.
