I was a construction superintendent overseeing the remodeling of Wal-Mart stores. On the jobs I supervised the remodeling of the pharmacy areas, the bathrooms, breakrooms, and hanging of the new signs. I also worked closely with the Wal-Marth store planner in the moving of the cash registers. At some of the stores I also oversaw the building of a temporary pharmacy to keep their supplies secure. I worked in Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Missouri. I was laid off due to lack of work within the company.

I worked on Wal-Mart OGP projects which is the online grocery pick up. On these jobs I supervised installing the canopy and signs in the parking lots, painting new parking spots for the pickup. I also supervised the remodeling of the inside of the store to build a secure room to store the groceries waiting to be picked up. Shelves and coolers were installed along with a work area with computer hook ups. At some of the stores I also oversaw the remodeling of the checkout area and installing new doors. Wichita Kansas, Apartment Club house remodel. I did the work on this project. September 2016 – October 2016. Flint Michigan, Burger King restaurant remodel – Superintendent. Completed this project while maintaining normal business hours. October 2016 – December 2016. January 2017 –March 2017 I was superintendent at The Landing at Rock creek and Foothill apartments in Little Rock, AR. I oversaw both projects at the same time. March 2107 – May 2017, I oversaw the remodel of X ray rooms for Concentra Minor Emergency Centers in Erlanger, KY, San Leander, CA, Santa Rosa, CA, Placenta, CA, Richmond and Rohnert, CA. June2017 – October 2017 Fresenius Medical Care in Pueblo, CO. October 2017 – January 2018 – Arbors Apartments in Jackson MS. February 2018, Foothill Apartments, Little Rock, AR. I also did the remodel on two units that had fire and water damage. At times I went to other jobs to check on them while still overseeing the job I was on, at that time.

Superintendent at DaVita Northgate in Dan Rafael CA remodeling from January 2014 to April 2014. Superintendent at DaVita Encinitas CA from May 2014 to October 2014. Superintendent at DaVita Salem North Oregon, from October 2014 to May 2015. Superintendent at DaVita Salem South, OR from June 2015 to August 2015. I also worked on Antioch, CA, Vacaville, CA, Hayward CA, Fresno CA, and China Town in San Francisco, CA, Grant Pass, OR, Napa, CA. I worked in the Assembly Department for eight years helping to lay up the plastic. I worked in the Construction Department, for six years, where I built skids to ship the laminated plastic, I worked in the Bin and Rack Department for seven years where I built the metal racks to store the laminated plastic on in warehouses. While in Bin and Rack we also modified the metal racks. We repaired shipping carts and fabricated as the plant needed. I also welded steel and aluminum. I installed the rack system in a new warehouse. I also helped out in the Maintenance Department repairing the equipment as needed.
