For nearly the past 5 years I have been working with PillPack assisting Patients with their accounts. This could be anything from dealing with the prescriptions on the account, to assisting with personal or financial data. As with all medical personal information I had to observe HIPAA standards with every account I accessed. All calls were inbound, and most were already Patients of Pillpack.
Summary
While the aforementioned job is not the only one that I have had within the customer care field, I feel that it is the only occupation within the past several years that holds any relevance, as for the years before that I held a janitorial position (which I would happy to offer information upon request) as well as attempted furthering my education for a few different routes.
