I did the Facility Accreditation for Audits and passed the 2016 Audit and prepared the 2019 Audit. I was on the Workplace Violence Committee which oversees the facility in safety issues and potential hazards. I

was also on the Employee Benefit Committee in which I set up events to help promote employee

morale and improve quality work life. I did safety inspections for the Environmental & Safety

Committee. I was the PEF Council Leader for our facility for 9 years. I lastly collaborated with new

employees and doing their facility orientation upon their employment with DOCCS.
