As per the requirement, check the matching profile with an internal/external database to source a required candidate profile. Searching for the right candidates through different Job portals and social media. Screening the applications and calling them to check availability and interest. Lining up an interview with the help of the concerned Manager and Owner HOD for the final interview. Document collection and verification of the backgrounds of the candidates.
