Responsible for preparing and revising Project Quality Plan, Civil and Architectural Method Statements, Inspection and Test plan, Risk Assessments, Check Sheets, ERP approvals etc.

Responsible for assuring that the site team and sub-contractors are complying with the specifications, approved material and approved drawings

Responsible for raising and issuing non-conformances in work through DCMs (Defect Clearance Mechanism) and CARs (Corrective Action Reports)

As QA/QC Engineer, Inspection of all Infrastructures and Road works i.e., Existing Excavation and Backfilling, Clearing of Grubbing Earth works and preparation of Existing backfilling, Sub- Grade, Sub-Base, Road base aggregate and Asphaltic Base Course and wearing Course. Drainage, Sewerage system, Irrigation system etc. Supervise and Raising Work Inspection Request WIR’s and Material Inspection Requests MIR’s to the Consultant as per approved base line program and project contract specification.

Supervising the different construction activities in light of contract specification & approved drawing.

Supervising of Bituminous Base Course, inspection of every Tipper, ensuring Paver and rolling temperatures by checking temperature at and behind the paver.

Preparing site asphalt laying sheets containing truck details, laying temperature at and behind the paver, start and finish time, paved area chainage and locations.

Supervision of Aggregate Road base laying, conducting joint surveys and field density tests to ensure required compaction.

Quality sample collection from plant or behind the paver verify aggregate gradation, binder content and marshal design properties as per job mix formula.

Taking cores from site for testing field density compliance.

Aggregate properties testing verifying with in accordance with Project specification and Local Authority requirements, Qualitative Properties of Aggregates, Aggregate Types, Aggregate Specific Gravidity, Density, Abrasion Test, Sieves Analysis, Soundness, Liquid Limit, Plasticity Index, CBR at 95% MDD, Flakiness, Elongations, Organic Impurities, Chloride Content and sulfate Content and Organic matter Content.

Preparing and updating LOGS for FDT, Quality samples, material samples, concrete pouring records on daily basis.

Preparing compliance statements for various materials used at site.

Daily Site Visit and preparing a comprehensive report of all the Project activities.

Ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants.

Responsible and accountable to ensure that all assigned personnel are coordinating their activities with other project participants and that the requirements of the Contract are being satisfied.

Taking responsibility for a team of engineers and training/monitoring junior engineers.
