Controllers universally agree a Financial or Engineering Analysis is only as good as its weakest link in the cycle. But most don’t leave their office. I regularly go to every department including the manufacturing floor, to network, coordinate strategies, hardware, software and knowledge, to develop the most accurate, efficient, and seamless reports, financial statements and recommendations.

Repaired an “inherited” broken inventory cycle count program, improving the quality of inventory balances.
Developed more accurate department expenditure reports, which has made possible a reduction in department monthly costs providing improved monthly performance.
Developed a tracking system for new $7+ million project for participating departments to coordinate capital purchases and project expenditures to stay within the scope of budgeting and projections.

Streamlined annual budget (AOP) and monthly forecast system. AOP was available for Corporate review after 4 days preparation. Revisions to forecasts took 2 hours per month. Actual performance was very accurate after volume adjusting.
Resolved metal shortage problems during COVID years by coordinating delivery schedules with 5 foreign and domestic vendors.
Coordinated and modeled several savings projects including one leading to reduced payroll and fringe amounts of over $500,000.

Co-ordinated annual plant wide “Enabler” savings program of $7,500,000. Assisted all departmental representatives in isolating savings projects, developing savings calculations and policing the expected success of each project. The Plant met or exceeded planned targets for 4 years running.
Operational Metrics provided daily/weekly/monthly for Campbell Soup Company’s largest soup plant from data developed within SAP, Mini Miint and Zarpac. Operational efficiency, production downtime, labor utilization and production yields were some of the periodic metrics monitored.
Logistics & Planning efforts streamlined by working with various entities to remove efficiency bottlenecks and find alternative solutions for raw materials when supply chain was disrupted by Covid impact.
