Been employed at this company Nickey Warehouse for a year and I have been harassed by another female employee for the whole year and have written statements for the harassments with nothing being done but writing me up and threatening me with termination..and I was terminated 10/27/23 for doing as I was asked walk-in away from the harassment and I always notified the office of each harassment?being threatened.. physically touched..fearing for my life etc.the last incident I was stalked ..followed in a high speed chase ..threatened and the company did nothing about this but terminate me and I?ve brought this to there attention each offense?also wouldn?t allow me to use sick time that I had but was allowed with other employee APPOINTMENT

What Reason(s) were you given for the action taken against you? There were no reasons given only that the company decided to let me go in those exact words Was anyone in a similar situation treated the same, better, or worse than you? There was a QA by the name of Ebony and she and Samantha Edward?s had some disagreements and exchanged words with each other and the actions that were taken with me were not taken with the two of them..the company separated the 3 of us all black womennin different parts of the warehouse and I feel I was the only one that received the most punishment I feel I was wrongfully terminated?even when Samantha Edward?s threatened my life that last incident on a Friday ?Nickey Warehouse let her come to work the very next day like nothing had happened and would ask me not to discuss the incidents with the other employees but I have a witness names Demarcus Polk that knew everything and witnessed a lot in the situations Please provide name(s) and email and/or phone number of anyone who will support your claim, and briefly describe the information this person will provide. I have been truly depressed and disappointed about being wrongfully terminated by Nickey Warehouse?I lost my home of 9 yrs due to the loss of the job and lost my vehicle that I had before being employed with Nickey Warehouse and it was difficult to find jobs and I have to move out on Thanksgiving day of 2023 and spent Christmas living out of my car.. was embarrassed and ashamed to ask for help from my family which also was aware of this harassment situation?as of this day 04/23/2024 I?ve been depressed since this termination?with no place to live and no income /only part time work to try and find a home to rent but I have not enough income to get a place to stay or keep up with my car note.
