Started at J Carver’s before they officially opened in July of 2021. Being apart of the opening team I was able to see first hand the development of a great restaurant. Started in the Oyster Bar shucking oysters. Rising through the ranks to be a Bartender. The Hospitality and Service industry is in my blood and the reason I am a current entrepreneur
& Chef.
As a Bartender I learned how to perfect my craft and increased my knowledge of spirits and wine pairings.
Established my Personal Chef Catering services in February of 2020, by purchasing an LLC. I’ve been coordinating events, providing food & beverage services since COVID 19 called for restaurants to furlough their employees globally. I’m currently still providing personal chef services as I plan to increase my knowledge in the managerial operations but I know that I must grow.
My first Fine Dining Casual Restaurant started working as a server in 2016. I learned quickly that I had increase my knowledge of food & wine. I enjoyed the team I was able to work with and treated them as family. Growing with the company I’ve had the pleasure meeting some of the executive chefs and the brilliant minds behind some of the most recognized restaurants in Austin.
