Supervised the demo of the old terminal 4 location and worked with engineers/architects/contractors on the new build for terminal 4, managed all MEP (Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing) work, managed superintendents for terminal 4 asphalt and concrete pavement excavation, removal, and reconstruction; consisting of 1Million+ sq.ft. of asphalt/concrete and the observation tower and Delta management offices. Managed the new sanitary drainage system including gravity base piping, pre-cast concrete forms, concrete panels, and taxiways. Responsible for estimating the project process as well as overseeing standardized procedures and methods. Manage the day-to-day activities for the estimating department team of 20, this typically includes implementing construction-related tasks; demo, foundation- including helical piles, and all MEP including fire safety systems.
