Created and developed TLC from new company start-up through the joint sale of two Silicon Valley Firms (Lloyd Ritter & TLC) to Personnel Group of America (PGA). Was acutely involved in the negotiations and due diligence of the successful sale of the two business entities to PGA. Was responsible for business operations and overseeing all business development efforts, and operated an account manager’s full desk. Also, interviewed, hired/fired, trained and developed all members of the staff. The 13 internal staff members included: ten (10) sales and marketing account; two (2) front office personnel, and general office support staff. We typically had 80-100 consultants (W-2 and independent contractors) engaged with clients, working on sight or remotely. Every consultant was required to sign and commit to upholding the contractual terms described in their respective consulting agreement.
