Searching for opportunities to lead on-site ground up construction projects. My career began in 1996, on a raising gang for high-rise parking structures followed by 30+ story hotels. Took a break from construction to run the family farm. Then returned to build residential subdivisions. As well as working on civil projects in plants such as Chevron, DuPont and Duke Energy. The past few years has been all commercial.

• Responsibilities included all phases and execution of commercial projects and residential foundation construction and flatwork. To include "Barndominiums".
• Coordinate and schedule all crafts to ensure on time and accurate projections are made and kept.
• Directed the form work of footings and foundations. Also, reinforcement, ordering and placement of concrete. As well as scheduling county inspections as listed in building permits.
• Oversaw and worked on metal building erection, siding and insulating. (Was involved with site layout, forming setting anchor bolts, framing, pouring and finishing as well as erecting.)
• Responsible for detailed and accurate job bidding. Also ensuring budgets were kept and timelines were accurate to the best of our ability.
