RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Scheduling Coordinator Lead, ExamWorks, Dublin, Ohio May 2023 - Current

The Scheduling Coordinator Lead is responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments with clients, physicians and examinees. The position ensures client specific requirements for provider specialty and location are met and all ancillary services are arranged.

●Schedule examinations through IME Centric. Prepares and sends exam notification letters daily.

●Schedules and confirms appointment dates and times with physicians’ offices.

●Communicates with clients, physicians and/or examinees regarding appointment scheduling, appointment changes, no shows, cancellations, and receipt of medical records and/or images.

●Prepares the chart by ensuring all records required are included, creates a cover letter detailing specific client questions, issues, and service requests. Routes all information to the provider and/or to the exam location prior to the examination.

●Responsible for submitting client invoice and/ or issue to accounting if charges are incurred. When required, responsible for ensuring prompt prepayment for services issued.

●Coordinates ancillary services such as interpretation, chaperones, transportation and/or exam site rentals when needed. Ensures the appropriate steps are taken to cancel and/or reschedule services upon appointment change or cancellation.

●Handles and responds promptly to incoming calls, e-mails or faxes from physicians or clients requesting report status and/or information. Processes mail, deliveries and shipments as needed.

●Perform other duties as assigned.

Underwriter 6, Wells Fargo Auto, Minneapolis, Minnesota (Remote) 2012 - 2023

Review and render appropriate credit decisions that meet acceptable underwriting standards within Wells Fargo Auto policies and procedures with adherence to all State and Federal regulations. Provide dealerships and customers a seamless and positive experience in an expeditious manner. Collaborate with all other WFA departments and sales team representatives with their business needs in a proficient manner. Ability to multitask, communicate written and verbally while placing emphasis on response time, quantity and quality of application decisions.

●Analyze information from credit applications, credit reporting agencies to make prudent credit decisions based on appropriate authority level for both prime and non-prime applications. Conduct Customer Interviews and investigations when needed to facilitate credit decisions.

●Effectively negotiate and structure deals with dealers, within established policy/exception guidelines, leveraging risk, maximizing profit while enhancing dealer relationships via telephone or through Route One or DealerTrack electronic rehash.

●Filing of SARS to comply with regulatory compliance. Forward documents to the Fraud Department along with appropriate documentation. Collaborate with the Fraud Department regarding any questions or additional information needed for accurate processing.

●Attend and participate in corporate and sales meetings, team huddles, and training and calibration calls via

Teamworks. Enables all team members to keep in tune with market trends, updates, goals, review of current updates in both Regulatory and WFA Policy and Procedures. Allowance of questions and answers to maintain consistency within WFA Consumer Auto Lending Operations.

●Coordinate with management and sales representatives to assist with ongoing business development via phone and scheduled outside calling efforts. Document efforts and results in Salesforce network.

●Provide prompt, accurate responses to dealers and customer inquiries.

●Communicate with Operations to examine and evaluate proper documentation as necessary prior to funding. Assist Operations and Sales Representatives with acquiring the appropriate documentation needed for funding. Conduct customer interviews and/or investigations to assist in the funding process. Coach and assist dealers to resolve funding issues.

Responsible for the daily operations of a 9.6 million “Full Service” Credit union and its safety and soundness.

●Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly accounting entries, bank reconciliations, ledger balancing, and preparation of financial statements, annual budget, strategic planning, and monthly/quarterly comparisons.

●Recruited, hired, and integrated new employees. Completed and conducted annual reviews. Handled all aspects of payroll processing, monthly, and quarterly taxes. Supervision of five employees.

●Collection of Sixty plus delinquent accounts to include repossessions and sale of collateral. Completion of Bankruptcy Proof of Claims and Reaffirmations. Work with an Attorney for litigation, lien filings, and collection of funds.

●Loan Officer to $150,000 for all loan programs. Handled all Mortgage and Home Equity Lending from start to finish.

●Investment Officer: worked directly with Brokers and Banks to make appropriate investments.

Completion of weekly/monthly margin analysis reports to ensure liquidity ratios are maintained.

●Internal audit controls and reports completed and maintained in compliance with Federal, State, and SACU Policy and Procedures.

●Responsible for all aspects of compliance issues, training of staff, and implementation thereof.

●Quarterly call Reports completed and submitted. Semi-annual and annual audit responses completed and forwarded within the required timeframe to the State and Federal Regulators (NCUA), in addition to the independent audit firm, Internal Revenue, and Bonding Agent, CUNA.

●Completion of Agenda and Monthly Board Meeting reports. Actively engage in monthly Board Meetings, provide supporting information, and respond to questions. Review of Board Meeting Minutes for final signatures. Maintain monthly Reporting Records. Conduct annual destruction of records per our Records Retention Policy.
