Successfully Implement NAICS as industry classification standard across organization, involving consultations and onboarding with over 50 departments and 200 stakeholders for internal and external reporting, risk rating, and operational processes. Coordinate planning, costing, scheduling, and validation of baseline assumptions for the initiative, clearly articulating all aspects.
