Instituted a “call ahead” system while on site during office closure to offer pull-up delivery of printed documents for the Credit team for maximum expedience.

Hired to expedite error-free high-volume writing of small business loans for maximum profitability using LaserPro and Capital Stream (CSX). Troubleshot incomplete or misdirected requests, maintained communication, entered data in Access database, and provided reliable administrative support. Continually increased loan documentation speed with process improvement and effective collaboration.
Produced 2 car loans in 90 minutes, which would normally take 72 hours, staying compliant with overtime while loan was reviewed by QA and delivered to lender by end of day.
Expedited lender’s urgent loan documents and delivered in 6 hours what normally takes 48 hours.
Amid major snowstorm prior to work-from-home capacity, braved challenging commute and paid $72 for cab ride to operations center to be one of 13 out of 70 team members on site to process loans.
