+Imported data from hardwareStore.csv and four tables (order_items, orders, customers, employees) into the database for ease of use.

+ Utilized various tools, including SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), for ETL and analysis.

+ Identified and modeled key business processes, creating corresponding fact tables.

+ Built and populated several dimension tables through staging tables.

+ Implemented a star schema to efficiently relate fact tables with dimension tables.
